How to Prepare:
Adlai can be cooked in a pot over a stove top or with a conventional rice cooker. It's that easy!
Rinse adlai grains prior to cooking.
For white adlai, add 2 cups water for every 1 cup adlai.
For brown adlai, add 3 cups water to every 1 cup adlai.
Cook until water is absorbed and adlai is soft and fluffy. Enjoy!
Pro Tip : For extra fluffy adlai, soak adlai in water for 10 to 15 minutes prior to cooking.
